The winners of various competitions and programs were felicitated throughout the year in the talent decoration ceremony held at the Government Women’s Postgraduate College. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp along with Saraswati Vandana and welcome song by the students of Music Department. Principal Dr. Atul Sharma organized all the departments of the college, departmental councils, cultural council, rangers, youth festival, special day, sports competitions and more than 50 different academic, cultural, sports, mission power, environmental competitions and university and college level competitions. More than 200 winners including the girl students who got the highest marks at the level were honored with prizes and certificates. Among them, Radhika Saxena, a student who secured first place in the university in the final year of MA in the university’s main examination 2020, in music singing, BA in college. Taiyiba, Husna, Shivani Prajapati and Sadaf Parveen were also honored for the third year, B.Sc, third year and B.Com third year students. The college’s sports championship winner Pooja, runner-up Amreen and another student who stood third were also felicitated. Cultural programs were also presented by Akki Dance Academy in the decoration ceremony. The achievements of the college and personal achievements of the professors were presented in the progress report of the session-2020-21. Principal Dr. Atul Sharma, in his blessings, wished the students to continue on the path of progress. It was conducted by Dr. Ankita and Dr. Preeti Lata Singh.
