Gas Pipeline Will Pass Under The Fields In 77 Villages


Jhansi. The gas pipeline will pass under the fields in 77 villages of Month and Sadar tehsils. The farmers will be given compensation for this. The process has reached the final stage.
LPG gas pipeline is being laid from Kandla in Gujarat to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh by IHB Limited, a joint venture between Indian Oil, Hindustan Petroleum and Bharat Petroleum. It is also passing through Jhansi. It will pass through Month and Sadar Tehsil. In 42 villages of Month and 35 villages of Jhansi Sadar tehsil, this pipeline will pass through four feet below the fields. The work of marking the village and the fields has been completed. Compensation will be provided to the farmers in lieu of the pipeline. Ten percent compensation of four times the circle rate of the land will be given to the farmers. Apart from this, compensation will also be given for the damage caused to the crops during the laying of the pipeline.
Be aware that after laying the pipeline, farmers will be able to cultivate the land as before.
