Balrampur. On Friday a one-day training course on flood protection for local sailors and divers took place in the auditorium of the Collectorate, chaired by DM Shruti. The SDRF team gave the local boaters and divers tips on flood protection through various activities.
The DM opened the training program. SP Hemant Kutiyal, ADM Finance and Revenue Arun Kumar Shukla, ASP Arvind Kumar Mishra, SDM Sadar Arun Kumar Gaur, Utraula Dr. Nagendra Nath Yadav, Tehsildar Utraula Rohit Kumar Maurya, Tehsildar Tulsipur KG Tripathi, CO City Varun Kumar Mishra. The aid should reach the drowning person from a distance so that there is no danger to the person providing the aid. Rope is an easy way to save drowning. Do not take more people under than the boat can hold. Rishi Kumar provided information on first aid.
