First Year Seat Of Graduation In The District Is 5420, Claimant 37 Thousand

Saharanpur. Due to Corona, this time 12th students have been promoted in UP Board, CBSE and ICSE. The result this year has been much better as compared to the previous years. That is, the number of students passing out is more than the previous years. As much as the students who have passed with good marks without giving exams are excited, now they are also worried about admission in higher education i.e. graduation. The reason for concern is the lack of sufficient number of seats in the colleges of the district. This time 35,234 students of class 12th were registered in the district. Out of these, about 31 thousand students have passed. Talking about CBSE, a total of 6217 students were registered, out of which 5787 students have got success. About 200 students have passed in ICSE. In this context, this time the number of students passed in 12th class of all the three boards in the district is more than 37 thousand. Talking about the seats in the first year of graduation in the district, there are seven government colleges and five aided colleges. There are total 1440 seats for BA, B.Com and B.Sc first year in government colleges, while aided colleges have 3980 seats. Thus there are total 5420 seats in government and aided colleges. That is, the vacant seat of the first year of graduation is 5420 and the claimant is more than 37 thousand, then it can be estimated that how much fight will be there for admission in the first year of graduation.
