Balrampur The fire broke out in the Titu Cinema Hall in Mohalla Pahalwara, Nagar Kotwali area on Sunday for reasons unknown. The chairs, curtains, and all other items in the theater were burned to ashes. The One India Family Mart, which operates under the movie theater, also caught fire. The items kept in the mart also burned in flames. Teams from administration, police and fire brigade reached the place and kept the fire under control for hours. The cause of the incident is being investigated.
Sadar SDM Arun Kumar Gaur and CO City Varun Mishra said a fire was reported at Titu Cinema Hall in Mohalla Pahalwara, Nagar Kotwali area on Sunday. The One India Family Mart, which operates under the movie theater, also caught fire. Smoke enveloped the complex for hours.
Nagar Kotwal Manvendra Pathak, responsible rural police Vidya Sagar Verma, responsible fire department Raj Mangal Singh, tried to extinguish the fire with full force with fire from the fire department’s vehicles. Shaban Ali, a representative of Kitabunisha, chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad Balrampur, rushed to the scene of the accident with the water department and a water tank machine and helped extinguish the fire.
