Fatehpur. When the management of the Panchayats came into the hands of the administrators, all funds spilled like water. Government surveillance has revealed the names of 23 such grams of panchayats in the district, each of which has spent more than Rs.25 lakh. Now 11 committees have been set up to investigate all of them. The committees have not yet started their work, but when the investigation closed on Wednesday, that condition was seen in the Panchayats being given Rs 25 each.

Kishanpur. In the Gadha Gram Sabha block of Vijayipur, 17 toilets were built against 25 lakh at the time of the administrator.
