Famers Payment – Payment of 22 million farmers stalled

According to the rules, farmers should be paid within a week. Even after that, the payment remains from different agencies. If we look at the department data, farmers have to pay 98.33 lakh to the grocery department, 2171.83 lakh to the PCF, and 7.52 lakh to the Food Corporation of India. In this way, the total payment of 2277.68 lakh rupees from the peasants of the district is preserved. The patience of many farmers reacts, they travel from the mall to the procurement agency’s office. Where they feel desperate. Department officials say the PCF received four crore rupees from the FCI, after which it was transferred to the farmers’ account.
