EXCLUSIVE: Suriya’s Singam 4 in the works, director Hari working on the script
Suriya’s Singam movies directed by Hari Gopalakrishnan is one of the most beloved Tamil action franchises. While the first was released in 2010, in which the actor played the role of policeman Duraisingam, Singam II was released in 2013 and Singam 3, also known as C3, was released in 2017. All three films did extremely well. at the box office, and now we have an exciting update on this much-loved franchise. We have learned that director Hari has started work on the script for Singham 4.
“Currently Hari is busy with another project, but at the same time he is working on the script for the fourth installment. He has an idea and it is currently in the discussion stage, although it will take some time to close the final story. Once this is done, he will narrate the story to Suriya. The actors are also aware of the development of Singham 4 and are excited about the project,” said a source close to the development.

Meanwhile, the superstar actor is currently busy filming Suriya 42 with Disha Patani. After completing the film’s Goa schedule, it resumed from October 26 with timeslots in Chennai and Puducherry. We had said that a significant part of the film will be shot abroad, especially in the three countries. While the manufacturers have already shortlisted two countries in Europe: Bulgaria and Serbia, they will also conduct surveys this month in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and Fiji. Of these six countries, the three that best fit the narrative will finish.
The first part of Suriya 42 will be shot in a period of 160 to 170 days. They will start filming the second part after the release of the first part.
