Etawa. The perpetrators fled after looting money and cell phones from a young person riding a bicycle on the Kanpur-Etawa motorway at around 12 noon on Wednesday evening. The police arrived about two hours after the information was given. The responsible station said there was no robbery. Cyclist is drunk.
Neeraj Kumar, a resident of Muradganj, Ajitmal Police Station of Auraiya, came to Etawah by bike on Wednesday evening. Neeraj said that on the Kanpur-Etawa highway outside the village of Sunderpur, a person asked for directions and then called two of his companions.
Along with the beatings, the three villains grabbed the cell phone and the purse he had in his pocket. There were about five thousand rupees in the wallet. Neeraj informed the police with the help of a passerby.
