Escape Live: Javed Jaffrey reveals his character in the upcoming web series

Actor Jaaved Jaffrey, who plays a similar role in the upcoming web series ‘Escape Live’ on Disney Plus Hotstar, feels that the heads of social media companies are people with a unique vision, which has helped them garner millions of members. .

‘Escape Live’ is a fictional story written by Jaya Mishra and Siddharth Kumar Tiwari, which appears to be very true and real. The story follows a slew of content creators going down different paths but with one goal – to produce viral content that emerges victorious in a life-changing competition announced by Escape Live, the newest app in the country.

Veteran actor Javed Jaffrey plays a corporate honoree Ravi Gupta in ‘Escape Live’. Javed said, “Primarily the concept of the show attracted me to it. The use of an app and in today’s time they have the power to create havoc in the lives of their users, many things, good and bad. Obviously. This is the science behind the long-term effects and manipulation of human emotions. This novel and relevant concept we need to discuss has been brought forward.”

Javed further added, “My character Ravi Gupta is an important part of the corporate machinery where he is trying his best to grow the numbers and he has to meet deadlines and targets. Produced under Siddharth Kumar Tewari’s One Life Studios, the nine-episode series emphasizes the human instinct to be competitive and his drive to succeed. The talented cast includes Siddharth, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Swastika Mukherjee, Plabita Borthakur, Waluscha D’Souza, Ritwik Sahor, Sumedh Mudgalkar, Geetika Vidya Ohlyan, Jagjit Sandhu, Rohit Chandel and child artist Aadhya Sharma.

The series explores the length content creators and tech giants are willing to travel to achieve their aspirations. Set in different cities in India, the series leveraged different dialogue writers for each city to add regional authenticity.

Based in Jaisalmer, Dance Rani Ki Kahani had her dialogues penned by Vinod Sharma, while Amcha’s lines were penned by Amol Surve. Similarly, the Banaras-based characters of Meenakumari and Sunaina’s dialogues were written by Ranveer Pratap Singh, while Darky and Fetish Girl’s dialogues were penned by Jaya Mishra and Siddharth Kumar Tiwari.
