Empty Cylinder Fitted To The Patient, Condition Deteriorated

Chitrakoot. Empty oxygen cylinder was fitted to the female patient in the district hospital. Due to which his condition worsened. This was revealed in the examination of the doctor who arrived in the second shift. CMS has spoken of investigation in the matter. On Monday, Manju (20) wife Vijay Kumar of Singhpur in Satna district had come to her maternal home in Rajoula village. On suspicion of being bitten by a poisonous insect, the family brought him to the district hospital in the morning. Due to difficulty in breathing, on the advice of the doctor, he was given oxygen, when the second doctor was on duty at around two o’clock in the afternoon, he saw that the female patient was suffering. On this the doctor got the test done and the cylinder was empty. All the three cylinders kept in emergency were also found empty. The doctor was very angry on this information. Oxygen was provided by shifting the patient to another ward. CMS Dr. RK Gupta said that there is no shortage of oxygen. This matter is serious. In this matter, action will be taken after questioning the concerned.
