Kasganj. After the second corona wave subsided, the secondary school council sought the opinion of the parents in order to call the children in grades 9 to 12 to school. Only 10,000 parents in the district agreed to send their children to school.
There are 262 secondary schools in the district. About 70,000 children in grades 9 to 12 are enrolled in these schools. Because of the Corona crisis, the schools were closed on March 20. The council opened these schools from July 1st, but now only teachers are appointed to the schools. The council sought the parents’ opinion before calling the children to school. About 17 thousand parents in the district gave their opinions on their schools. Of these parents, around 10,000 parents have agreed to send their children to school. While 7000 parents have expressed their refusal to send their children to school.
My son is in the 12th grade. The course is severely affected by Corona. With a view to the future of children, education is necessary, but before the children are called to school, the corona protection should be comprehensively regulated. – Poonam, guardian
