E-passports in lockdown – e-passports for important goods and services

Lalitpur e-passports are issued online for the delivery of essential goods and services during the announced embargo due to the second wave of Kovid-19. Additional Secretary General Renuka Kumar said in a letter sent to the DM that due to the second wave of Kovid-19, it was decided to issue online e-passports, as in the previous year, during the embargo period announced in the state. This agreement was made to issue badges to the companies that supply the essential goods and services listed.
An e-passport is issued to the public for the use of medical services. If people are not getting essential goods and services in any area, they can complain to the Chief Minister Helpline 1076. Applicants can apply for the online e-passport using the link available. Institutional IDs have also been made available on the e-passport portal, where an institution, including the applicant, can apply for ID for a maximum of five employees. The examination / review of the applications received online by the state government is carried out by the authorized administrative officers. Applications are approved or rejected after the test. E-passports are issued online for accepted applications. If you click on the link in the SMS the applicant received, it will be downloaded / printed. The electronic copy of the e-passport is valid.

It is mandatory to provide a GST Certificate, Trade Registration Certificate, Photo ID, Aadhaar ID, Pen ID, Voter ID, etc. For the issuance of valid e-passports within the district borders, the deputy collector appointed by the district judge and the additional district judge appointed by the district judge are authorized to issue the e-passports between the districts within the state borders. The e-passports issued to the institutes are valid for the entire duration of the blocking. However, the district e-passport issued to the public is valid for one day and the inter-district e-passport is valid for two days.
