A fleet of 25 electric buses parked at Mirzamurad E-Charging Bus Service Station is going to fill the streets of Kashi today. These 28 seater AC electric buses are equipped with all state-of-the-art resources. The wait to travel on pollution-free buses on the roads of Varanasi city is soon going to end. The work of the e-charging station being built in Mirzamurad will be completed by the first week of October. As soon as this is completed, e-buses will also reach here for operation. On the other hand, the Transport Corporation has also prepared a route plan for the operation of e-buses. Efforts are on for where they will stay.

Regional Manager Roadways Santosh Kumar said that the operation of 50 e-charging buses will start soon in the city. The work of e-charging station for buses is going on in full swing in Mirzamurad. It is to be ready by the month of October.
E buses will provide pollution free travel
To make the city smart and pollution free, e-buses will be operated by the Transport Corporation. Passengers will get more comfortable chairs and packed windows than ordinary buses, so that dust and outside polluting air will not come inside the bus like normal buses. Digital display screens will be installed inside and outside the bus, so that people will be able to see the coming stop in front.

Two big power transformers reached the charging station to charge the e-buses
Two huge power transformers of sixteen-sixteen hundred kVA, loaded on a trailer (truck) from Ghaziabad, reached the under-construction charging station in Mirzamurad on Tuesday. Where both these transformers were lowered with the help of crane.
There are panic buttons near the seat to stop the bus
. During the journey, where you want to stop, you will not have to shout to stop the bus. For this, there are panic buttons around the seats in the bus. When the button is pressed, the driver will receive a signal to stop. After starting the bus by the driver, the compressor will be made only when 6 digits appear in the display, only then the bus will move forward.
Equipped with CCTV, the bus
has taken special care of security. There are two CCTV cameras installed inside the bus and one at the back. The display on the bonnet near the steering will keep telling where the bus has reached. Due to the online system, the experts sitting at the bus service station will be able to know the location of the electric bus, what is the movement of the driver.
The bus has been fitted with two fire-fighting automatic devices, the
bus has been made better in terms of safety, its smartness has been taken care of. Even the dial 112 number of the police department is linked in the bus. So that any incident can be immediately reported to the police. There are two automatic fire extinguishers located near the driver and one near the rear wiring center. Which will prove effective in extinguishing the fire.
There is a capacity of 50 buses, the
number of Lucknow on 11 buses that came 20 days ago and the registration number of Varanasi on 14 buses that came two days ago. More buses are yet to arrive at this service station with a capacity of 50 buses.
At present, operation will be done on these three routes. In the
first route, it will run till Babatupar via Mirzamurad Via Cantt. In the second route, the bus will reach Cantt via Mirzamurad via Jansa. From here it will come to Raj Ghat and then again to Cantt to Lanka. At the same time, in the third route, the bus will run from Mirzamurad to Munari (Sarnath) via Cantt via Akhri BLW. All buses will be terminated at Mirzamurad at night.
