Rae Bareli. The work of the Community Health Centers (CHCs) will no longer rely on juniors. In order to improve the health system, all interns will be removed from the management of the CHC and handed over to the senior physicians.
In this regard, the Additional Director of Medical Health and Family Welfare has ordered that he make level 3 doctors superintendents for all of these posts by removing the duties of CHC superintendent from the assistant doctors. After this instruction there is excitement among the doctors who are assigned to the health department of the district.
According to the rules, only level 3 physicians should be appointed superintendent of CHC. Nevertheless, due to manipulations and settlements in the district, more than half of the CHCs are looked after on the basis of level 1 resident physicians.
There are 18 CHCs in the district. After the promotion of the superintendents from Bachhrawan, Salon, Jagatpur, Maharajganj, Unchahar to Level 4, these CHCs are now run on a junior basis. Sereni, Kheer, Nasirabad, Unchahar, Deh of the district have looked after young doctors at level CHC-3. In such a situation, the government’s intention will not be fulfilled.
It is said that many senior doctors have been posted to hospitals but have not been charged with CHC. It is for this reason that such seniors have to work among their juniors.
According to the regulations, there is a system to make senior physicians superintendent of the CHC, but this has long been ignored in the district. Now, the additional director of the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare has issued a letter to the CMO ordering that the level 3 doctors be appointed superintendent and calling on the juniors to remove responsibility for leadership.

The Prime Minister has ordered that all posts in the health department be abolished. A letter has also been received from the government in this regard, but the order was not followed in the district. Around 80 doctors and other staff enjoy themselves with the help of belonging.
