Saharapur. Programs were organized throughout the district on International Yoga Day. Do yoga by practicing yoga, the message to stay healthy has been conveyed. Political and social people, as well as people from many institutions, practiced yoga at home.
The 7th International Yoga Day was celebrated on Monday. For this reason, yoga camps were organized in different locations. On the Police Line premises, female and male police officers have committed to regularly doing yoga for a healthy body and mind by doing yoga together. SSP Dr. S Chanappa opened the yoga exercise program. Inspector Ajay Kumar Srivastava said that yoga is necessary to stay healthy in life. Yogacharya Suresh Futela and Anju Futela practiced Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Padahastasana, Ardhachakrasana, Trikonasana, Vajrasana, Bhadrasana, Ustrasana, Shashank Asana, Vakrasana, Makarasan, Shalabhasan, Bhujangasana, Setuband Asana camps etc. were also organized in the police camps.
Aditya Lamba got male and female prisoners and officials to practice yoga in the county jail. Senior prison director Amita Dubey said that more than half of prisoners practice yoga every day, of which the trending inmates encourage other prisoners to do yoga. Meanwhile officers and employees such as Jailor Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Deputy Jailor Kishore Kumar Dixit and Himanshu Rautela were present.
RWA and the Rotary Club Midtown organized a yoga camp at Paramount Tulip. The chairman of the yoga camp Sher Singh Rana, Prem Goyal, Shiv Arora, Sarvesh Sharma inspired yoga.
