Mahoba. The investigation into the complaint against the District Mineral Officer at Lokayukta regarding disproportionate assets is slow. On the basis of the complaint, the investigating officer had requested a report from the district judges of six districts for real estate from the districts concerned within one week, but the report from one district has not yet been received after three weeks. The investigator has sent a warning to all districts. A three-person committee of inquiry, led by ADM Namami Gange Zubair Ahmed, is investigating the matter. .
It should be noted that Rassewak Singh, a resident of Osa Village in Tehsil Bara, Prayagraj District, complained to the District Mineral Officer, accusing the District Mineral Officer of buying land and operating crushers in many cities by turning assets into made a disproportionate proportion to his income. In this regard, the Lokayukta had asked the district judge for the details of the properties. The DM had named the additional district judge Namami Gange as the investigating officer. In it the investigator had sent a letter to the district judges of Katni, Satna, Rewa and Lucknow, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot in Madhya Pradesh and requested a report on the properties within a week. Even after three weeks, no reports were received from any district. Investigator ADM Zubair Baig said that based on the complaint, reports were obtained from all counties, but no reports were received from any one and reminders were sent to all counties.
