Chitrakoot. By order of the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, preparations are currently underway in the district to hold the National Lok Adalat on July 10th. Two meetings in the district court were organized in this order on Monday. In doing so, emphasis was placed on settling cases on the basis of arbitration agreements.
The pre-trial meeting in preparation for National Lok Adalat was held on Monday under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Motor Vehicle Accident Tribunal Judge Narendra Singh and in the presence of the District Law Bureau Secretary Vidushi Meha. The chairman said that the cases related to the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal in the National Lok Adalat will be resolved on the basis of an arbitration agreement. Regarding his preparation, he discussed with the insurance company, roads and other advocates of the district for the elimination of high incidents in the National Lok Adalat. On this occasion, attorney Man Singh, Kamalkant Mishra, Shivkrishna Tripathi, attorney from Insurance Company Satendra Kumar Nigam, Rajiv Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi from Roadways, attorney, etc. were present.

Also with the lawyers Jagat Narayan Pandey, Sachin Srivastava, Man Singh, Satendra Kumar Shukla, Manmohan Chaturvedi, Rammilan Mishra etc. A preliminary hearing took place. In it, he expected the lawyers to cooperate to settle family disputes as much as possible on the basis of a settlement agreement. Whereupon the lawyers assured to settle a maximum number of cases.
