
Disha Patani announces her next with Suriya; excited to showcase her brand new avatar
After impressing the audience with her villainous avatar in Ek Villain Returns, Disha Patani has now announced her upcoming movie with actor Suriya. The film, tentatively called Suriya 42, will be directed by ‘Siruthai’ Siva. The actress is currently thrilled to be a part of a project that features elements as large as life.
Sharing her excitement for her upcoming project with Suriya, Disha said that she is extremely excited to announce her next movie with Suriya sir and Shiva sir. She feels great to be a part of such a big project that promises to bring an exciting cinematic experience to audiences on the big screen. She added that the character she is playing is quite unique and that she can’t wait to bring the never-before-seen avatar of her to the audience.
Suriya 42’s motion poster was recently created online by the makers, who also revealed that the film is being made in 3D and will be released in 10 languages. Looking at the poster, it seems that the film is an action animator. This has left fans wondering if Suriya 42 is a historical movie or a war movie.
The moving poster shows an eagle hovering over a battlefield with warriors fighting it, while Surya’s character dressed as a commander stands on a cliff and watches the proceedings on the battlefield. The poster also bears the slogan, ‘Ek Mighty Bahadur Saga’.
The film is being produced by Studio Green Gyanvel Raja and has music by Devi Sri Prasad. The film stars Disha Patani in the lead, cinematography by Vetri Palanisamy, who shot such blockbusters as Veeram and Vedalam, starring Ajith.
Disha has ignited excitement among the audience with the announcement of her lead role in actress Karan Johar’s upcoming film Suriya 42, Warrior, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone from the project.
