In the 15th fiscal year the community has about 23 billion rupees. It has been a long time since the money came, but no suggestion has yet been made to spend that money. The Chair said that she asked the PO to come up with a proposal orally and in writing, but the PO is not listening. Proposals are approved by the district committee.
