Muzaffarnagar / Khatauli. District Bar Association and Civil Bar Association lawyers abstained from judicial work Monday, calling for a high court bench to be set up. The attorneys presented a memorandum to ADM Finance addressed to the Prime Minister.
The lawyers said the people and lawyers of western Uttar Pradesh have been agitating for many years to establish a Supreme Court bank somewhere in western Uttar Pradesh. But this requirement is not met. In the memorandum a request was made by the Prime Minister to comply with this request. ADM Finance and Revenue Alok Kumar received a memorandum.
