Decision Could Not Be Taken On Salary Deduction Of Teacher-employees


The issue of deduction of salary of self-financed teachers and employees in Shri Agrasen Kanya PG College could not be resolved. There is anger among the teachers and employees due to non-payment of salary as per the mandate. On Wednesday, a meeting of teacher-staff with the management committee was held in Bulanala campus on salary issues.
During the meeting held in the college campus on Wednesday, 80 teachers of Bulanala and Parmanandpur campus were involved. Manager Anil Kumar Jain, in view of the apprehension of uproar, got videography and photography of the meeting done. No outsider was allowed to enter during the closed-door meeting. In the meeting, everyone reiterated their demand to pay their dues and full salary as per the mandate. There is huge anger and dissatisfaction with the management due to non-payment of salaries among the self-financed teachers and employees of Agrasen Girls PG College.
Recently, all the teacher employees had gheraoed the principal regarding the salary discrepancy. The college management had cut the salary from July to August by 25 to 45 percent in the current session. A complaint has also been made to the state government and the governor to the vice chancellor. It is written in the letter that from July 2020 to December 2020, the salary of six months was deducted. Now this session was again cut from 40 to 45 percent. The teachers had also complained about this to Cantt MLA Saurabh Srivastava. Manager Anil Jain told that the financial condition of the college is not good. The number of admissions in the college is not very good this time. A letter has also been written to the government in this matter.
