Corona not treated in private hospitals on the golden card – Corona is not treated in private hospitals on the golden card

Saharanpur Ayushman Bharat Yojana Golden Card Holders and Chief Minister Jan Arogya Abhiyan will not be treated in private hospitals if the corona is infected. The main reason for this is that the fee for treating covid patients in private covid hospitals is more than four times the fee required for cardholders.
It is envisaged that Golden Card holders will be able to receive treatment in the event of an illness that needs to be hospitalized for treatment by contacting the private hospital, which is directly linked to the Golden Card system. However, this is not the case when the corona is infected. Even after the corona infection is severe, they still have to go to the government hospital. If the government hospital does not have beds or does not have the necessary facilities that the patient needs, the government hospital can only refer the patient. This is the reason why not a single corona patient with a Golden Card holder was treated in the private Kovid hospital as part of the program in the second wave.

By the way, the state covid hospitals in the district have all the facilities.
