For this, letters have been issued to all wholesale and retail fertilizer vendors. He said that the sale of manure should be given only after identifying the farmer with the PoS machine. Do not neglect it at all. Whenever farmers go to get fertilizer, they must carry Aadhar card, because without Aadhar card they cannot be identified by POS machine. If even after this, the shopkeeper gives urea at a higher price than the fixed rate, then file a complaint in the control room.
