On Friday, the festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Royal Public School, Shamli. The program started with the worship of Lord Shri Krishna by lighting the lamp by the school manager Vijay Malik, Principal Nirmala Malik and Vice Principal Vikrant Rana. Matki decoration competition was organized on this occasion. Children decorated colorful matki in an attractive and beautiful way. Anshdeep and Anubhav of class 10th enthralled everyone by presenting devotional songs. During this, the girls presented a dance. Kanika of class 12 presented the Nandlala Bhajan spoken to Yashomati Maiya.
Teacher Neelam Tyagi threw light on the birthday of Lord Krishna. Teacher Priyank Sharma presented the verses. Music teacher Pramod presented the hymn I am working with your grace. Explaining the importance of the teachings of Shri Krishna, the Principal inspired them to walk on the path of duty.
Competitions were organized on Lord Shri Krishna Janmashtami at St RC Convent School. Today the students of class 6 to 8 decorated butter handi, flute and jhulna of Lord Krishna in a Manmohan way. In Shri Krishna Jhulna competition, Ansh Chaudhary stood first, Akshi Tomar second and Anshika Chaudhary stood third. Tani Baliyan stood first, Angel Goyal second and Ayushi Sharma third in Butter Matki Decoration Competition. Program director Richa Arya congratulated the children. Pawan Goyal, Tarun Kumar Sangal, Hariom Vats, Kuldeep Nirwal, Arvind Sharma etc. were present on this occasion.
