The Karnataka High Court on 23 September 2022 delivered the verdict in the KCET repeater case. The calculated marks reduction will be applied for KCET repeater students. After calculation of a normalized score for PCM subjects for 2022 and 2021 batches, the following reduction in their marks for the second year of PUC of KCET repeater students will be applicable:
Physics: 6 marks deduction
Chemistry: 5 Marks Deduction
Maths: 7 Marks Deduction
Overall: 6% cut
Karnataka CET Rank List 2022
The qualifying marks for KCET 2022 will be made available to you as soon as the Karnataka state will publish the KCET result. Thus your KCET scorecard will contain the bare minimum required to qualify. When the difference between the required minimum score and your marks is compared, you can estimate to see your name in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd merit list.
Students who have reached this stage by meeting the KCET 2022 cut off requirements will be allowed to enroll in the programs offered by them.
