A special CBI team arrived at his in-laws’ home in Jaunpur, UP on Friday to investigate the case related to the disproportionate assets of IES official (Indian Engineering Service) Navneet Verma. Raid the new and old homes of the city’s major entrepreneur and his father-in-law, Nanhelal Verma. After investigations until around 11 a.m., the team took little Lal Verma to his old home in Makdoomshah Adhan. The investigation was carried out there until 4.30 p.m. After that, the team returned with some documents. Regarding this, Nanhelal Verma said that he had no case. As the daughter’s father, the CBI came and returned after an investigation.
