The Assistant Development Officer paid Rs 45.33 lakh from the money transfer order from Nitesh Verma, the suspended secretary of the Deeg Development Block. In addition, he paid his company a lump sum of 33 lakhs. District Judge Aryaka Akhouri instructed Panchayat Raj District Official to register an FIR and make a recovery. It was also recommended that the ADO panchayat be suspended. The DPRO also sent Tahrir to the Koirauna police force to register an FIR, but the police have become embroiled in the matter. SHO Khurshid Ansari said the matter is being investigated. For this reason, the case cannot be submitted. CDO Bhanupratap Singh said there was one case of embezzlement.
