Case Filed For Tweeting For Oxygen – Case Filed For Tweeting For Oxygen

Gauriganj (Amethi). The young man tweeted Sonu Sood and told his maternal grandfather that he needed oxygen. He was overwhelmed. After the tweet, the health and police authorities opened the investigation and the case of an unnecessary tweet became known. The Ramganj police have recorded a serious case against the youth for falsified tweets.
Shashank Yadav, a resident of the Ramganj Police Station in Ratapur, tweeted about actor Sonu Sood on the night of April 26 at 8:00 p.m. with his Twitter handle. Shashank wrote that oxygen is needed for our maternal grandfather in Amethi. Shortly after this tweet went viral on social media, another tweet came out that Nana ji passed away. After seeing this tweet and taking note of Union Minister Smriti Irani, there was a stir in the district administration. At the direction of the administration, the health department and the police department investigated and the entire case was found to be a fake.
After receiving the youth’s fake tweet, Ramganj Police filed a complaint against the youth by filing a lawsuit against the youth under Sections 188, 269, 505, 03 of the Pandemic Act and Section 54 of the Disaster Act. SP Dinesh Singh said that we and CMO Sahab tried to contact Shashank several times after the tweet but the phone was turned off. We felt that the phone might have stopped due to some difficulty. So the police tracked the last location of the cell phone and when it reached Shashank’s house he was found sleeping.
During interrogation, he said the elders were Shashank’s maternal grandfather in a distant relationship. He was 88 years old and sick. However, he had neither a corona nor medical advice for oxygen from the doctor. The SP said anyone can ask for help through social media. We are always ready for that. At the time of this disaster, however, the people of Amethi are appealing not to divulge misleading information. Because the wrong request anger the Corona warriors and cannot help those who really need it.
