On the basis of the qualifying date January 1, 2022, the program of special brief revision of the electoral rolls of the assembly constituencies has been announced. According to the schedule, claims and objections will be taken from November 1, while the final publication of the voter list will be done on January 5. . In this regard, Assistant District Election Officer Renuka Singh said that the date of the special campaign will be fixed soon by the Election Commission. At present, there are total 26 lakh 71 thousand 359 voters in the district including 14 lakh 55 thousand 75 males, 12 lakh 16 thousand 184 females and other 100. Of these, there are four lakh 11 thousand 202 voters including two lakh 23 thousand 242 males, one lakh 87 thousand 950 females and 10 others in Jakhania assembly constituency. Similarly, there are 372463 voters including 202273 male, 170165 female and 25 others in Saidpur, 343765 including 185355 male, 158396 female and 14 others in Ghazipur, in Jangipur assembly there are 351245 voters including 191757 male, 159484 female and four others. Apart from this, there are 385667 including 210407 male, 172250 female and 10 others in Zahurabad district, 404743 including 221573 male, 183141 female and 29 others in Muhammadabad and in Zamania assembly constituency there are a total of 402274 voters including 220468 male, 181798 female and eight others.
