Bsa Sought Clarification From The Principals On The Shortcomings Found In The Inspection Of Council Schools

District Basic Education Officer Hemant Rao on Tuesday conducted a surprise inspection of various primary, upper primary and composite schools located in the development block Sadar. During the inspection, clarifications have been sought from the headmasters on the shortcomings found in the schools. BSA said that during the inspection of Composite School Babedi, assistant teacher Rashmi Chaurasia and instructor Kavita Yadav appeared late at the school. When asked about the late attendance, no satisfactory reply was given. Instructor Sharmila Devi was absent. A total of 251 students are enrolled in the school. 12 children were present at the time of inspection. Lack of cleanliness was found in the school. No preparation was found in classes VI to VIII before the commencement of teaching. Despite having enough classrooms in the school, all the students were made to sit in the same room. He directed all the assistants present including the headmistress that the children should be seated class wise far and wide. The BSA said that the consent letter of the parents was sought from the headmistress, which was not presented. An explanation was sought from the headmistress Sushma Chaurasia regarding the above. He informed that seven children were present out of 161 enrolled in the school under the supervision of Upper Primary School Maharajganj.
