Box Office: Laal Singh Chaddha shows some growth on Saturday, Raksha Bandhan aims for turnaround on Sunday :Bollywood Box Office
It was a bad day for Bollywood again as the combined collection of Lal Singh Chaddha Y Raksha Bandhan Could not reach Rs. Mark 20 million rupees. Saturday was supposed to be a better day for the two ongoing films as Friday was expected to end after the partial Raksha Bandhan holiday, things were expected to start up again a day later. This didn’t happen at all as none of the movies were able to touch the double digit mark.
Lal Singh Chaddha Saturday still saw some kind of increase. The numbers are still low as they are far from opening day numbers but at least they were better with the rupee than they were on Friday. 9 million rupees are coming. The movie is doing poorly in every aspect, but even so a score of at least double digits would have been a morale booster in a way. Here, that didn’t even happen and Aamir Khan’s leading man is currently priced at Rs. 27.96 crores.
Raksha Bandhan There is a relatively low cost of doing it in relative terms, which is from a distance. Lal Singh Chaddha It’s not hurting too much. However, it requires an absolute number that exceeds what you’re currently getting, rather than thinking too much about the difference it makes to another ongoing movie looking relatively better. The film did not see any growth compared to Friday and earned Rs. 6.51 crores. Then Saturday was the day that the film earned Rs. At least the Rs 10 crore figure but now it will be hard to get there even on Sunday and eventually all eyes will be on Monday to make it happen. Currently, Akshay Kumar starring at Rs. 21.11 crore and you are about to see how far it goes after the extended five-day weekend.
