Baria. After a year and a half, again from July 25th, Garib Nawaz Express and Bhrigu Express will start operating. Ticket booking for both trains has started. Passengers and business people in the region were happy about the start of train operations.
Passengers say that the then Railway Minister of State Manoj Sinha announced the closure of the Garib Nawaz Express in Suremanpur three years ago at a public meeting in Bairia, but the operation of this train came to a standstill during the Corona period. Now that operations have started, this train will stop at Chapra, not Suremanpur. This requires travelers from the area to travel to Ajmer or Kishanganj to catch this train, which is 25 miles from Ballia or Chhapra Junction.
With a view to passenger comfort, the Railway Administration has announced that the Express 05715 Ajmer to Kishanganj Up Garib Nawaz will start operating on July 25th. The said train will run three days a week on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. At the same time, 05716 Ajmer to Kishanganj Down Garib Nawaz Express will leave Ajmer on July 25th and reach Ballia on July 26th to reach Kishanganj via Chhapra. Said train will run three days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. At the same time, the 04049 Up Bhrigu Express from Ballia to the Anand Vihar Terminal will start on July 25th. This train runs one day a week every Sunday. The booking of tickets on these trains has started. It is difficult to find reserved tickets on the Up Saryu Yamuna, Up Pawan Express, Up Sabarmati Express trains. Over 100 waiting tickets are available on these trains for 14 days.
