Thor: Love and Thunder: Chris Hemsworth gives his superhero a Jean-Claude Van Damme twist in the new teaser
Thor: Love and Thunder is slated for release next month and with every new promo and trailer of the film, the anticipation for the upcoming film is growing by the day. After watching Chris Hemsworth’s Thor deliver an inspirational speech last time, the new teaser shows him performing Jean-Claude Van Damme’s signature move while performing a split.
As the film’s final teaser ahead of its July 8 release, the Avenger is seen introducing his team to help fight Christian Bales Gorr, the God Butcher, who also aka “ex-girlfriend” Jane Foster Mighty Thor, Valkyrie, Korg and the Guardians belong to the Galaxy and also a newly acquired pair of giant goats that will possibly be the biggest highlight of this film.
In the new teaser, Hemsworth also performs a classic stunt from the Jean-Claude Van Damme films by pushing back two vehicles with his feet. Taika Waititi, who is directing Thor’s fourth film again after Thor: Ragnarok, seems to have brought the vibe of the 80’s and 90’s to the film with her music and other elements.

In the previous teaser video, we also saw Christian Bale’s antagonist deliver a creepy sentence. The new clip shows him in a women’s show with Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie. Thor: Love and Thunder will see Chris’ God of Thunder being forced out of retirement while Gorr the God Slayer begins to wreak havoc. The film is slated for a July 6 release in cinemas across India.
