Here is what Shweta Bachchan said about ‘working as a teacher at Rs 3000/month’; Details INSIDE

Shweta Bachchan Nanda, daughter of popular Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, has revealed about the early days of her marriage. For those who don’t know, Ella Shweta is married to businessman Nikhil Nanda, with whom she has a daughter named Navya Naveli Nanda. In a recent development, Shweta, who is a popular columnist by profession, made a big reveal in which she said that she works as a teacher in a kindergarten for Rs 3,000 per month.

Shweta is currently making headlines for being a part of her daughter Navya Naveli Nanda’s popular podcast ‘What the Hell Navya’ along with her mother Jaya Bachchan.

In a recent development, Shweta recalled the early days of her marriage and her struggle with finances, saying on that podcast that she “started her career as a kindergarten teacher earning Rs 3,000 per month.”

Shweta said on the podcast: ‘I was borrowing money (from brother Abhishek Bachchan) not only at university but also at school… to buy food and food. When you’re in boarding school, it’s (food) the main thing you can’t live without… I was never educated about all this (financial management). Then when I got married and was in Delhi, I got a job as an assistant teacher in a kindergarten, Learning Tree. There I received salary, I think it was 3000 rupees per month. I have kept it in the bank…”

In addition, Shweta appreciated her daughter Navya, who used to manage daily expenses and keep Microsoft Excel sheets to track them.

“I don’t manage the finances of my business (yet). But I understand (the financial side). I never want you (Navya) to be like me. I am very glad that both you and Agastya are very conscientious. , Even now, in our house, Navya manages the money (daily expenses). Even I see it (Family Finances listed in Excel sheet)… my ignorance in all things financial has not reached you (Navya). … it’s something to do with the numbers, I just look at them and panic,” Shweta said.

The ‘What the Hell Navya’ podcast began airing every Saturday on September 24 this year on all major audio streaming platforms.
