Famous Bollywood director Ismail Shroff passed away, breathed his last at the age of 62

Hindi DNA: A sad news has come from the world of Bollywood. The famous director Ismail Shroff is no longer in this world. He took his last breath at the age of 62 at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. As soon as this news broke, there was a wave of mourning in the streets of Bollywood. All film buffs and fans pay tribute to the filmmaker with moist eyes.

According to the information, he died of a cerebral infarction. Ismail was a movie buff from the beginning. During his career, he directed many movies, but he got the most fame from the movie ‘Thodi si Bewafaii’ made in the 80’s. This movie was written by his brother Moinuddin. Apart from this, he has also written ‘Ahista Ahista’, ‘Agar’ ‘Bulandi’, ‘Surya’, ‘God and Gun’, ‘Police Public’, ‘Nishchay’, ‘Dil… Ahir Dil Hai’, ‘Jhootha Sach’, ‘He has directed all the successful and popular movies like ‘Love 86’, ‘Jid’, ‘Thoda Tum Badlo Thoda Hum’.

According to media reports, Ismail Shroff suffered a stroke on August 29, leaving the right side of his body completely paralyzed. He couldn’t walk. For the past few days, he was treated at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai and just a few days ago the director had returned home after being discharged from the hospital. However, here on Wednesday morning around 6:40 am, he suddenly fell unconscious to the ground, after which he was again taken to the hospital and finally died due to multi-organ failure.

He worked with all the big stars.
During his film journey, Ismail Shroff directed many great stars from Rajkumar, Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna, Naseeruddin Shah, Jackie Shroff to Salman Khan. However, before entering the world of cinema, he was an engineering student. He did sound engineering at Tiruchirappalli but later moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in film. Here he initially worked as an assistant director and then managed to make a mark among the people with the first film ‘Thodi Si Infidelity’. Now the news of his death has caused a wave of sadness throughout the film industry.
