Bhopal. Raju Tea Stall from the city of Bhopal is a household name for those who like to drink tea. It is located near Lake View of Bhopal. Now the fame of this shop is that stars from Bollywood to politics have sipped here.

In the year 1990, a young man named Farid started a small business selling tea by opening a small kiosk. Though only a few people used to come here for tea at first, now this shop is so crowded that everyone from Bollywood actors to politicians also come here for tea. Renowned Bollywood actors like Saurabh Shukla, Ashish Vidyarthi, Rajkumar Rao and Pramod Pathak have sampled Raju’s tea, while Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi and other political leaders have also sipped here.

How did the store get bigger?

A specialty of this Bhopal tea stall is that if you have had tea here once, trust me, you will become a fan of tea and will definitely come here again. For example, the fame of this tea stall has spread from Bhopal to the nearby villages. Raju Tea Stall’s business continued to double during the day and quadruple overnight. However, the owner of the tea stall, Farid, has had to hire employees to run the shop for some time now. Here Farid runs this tea stall with an army of not 1-2 but 15 employees. Not only this, for a few years, breakfast items like samosas, kachoris also started to become available here along with tea.
