Muzaffarnagar / Sisauli. The anger of the peasants against the agricultural laws is increasing. As part of the seven-month campaign to intensify the peasant movement, the Bharatiya Kisan Union will begin the tractor yatra in Sisauli and Saharanpur on Thursday. Kisan tractor Yatra will rest the night next to Meerut at the Sewaya toll booth on the Delhi-Doon National Highway. After that, on June 25th, it will go to the Ghazipur border.
Bhakiyu has announced that it will switch off the Kisan tractor Yatra from Thursday (today). Under the direction of BKU President Chaudhary Naresh Tikait, this Yatra will start in Kisan Bhawan in Sisauli around 2 p.m. At the same time, a group of farmers from Bhakiyu will start the journey from the Saharanpur district in the morning, arriving at Mansoorpur via the highway at 4:00 p.m. Choudhary Naresh Tikait, who leads the Yatra of Sisauli here, will also arrive at 4 p.m., after which the Kisan Tractor Yatra will set off on the highway to the Ghazipur border under the leadership of the BKU President.
On Thursday evening, the Yatra Kisan tractor will rest the night at Sewaya Toll Plaza on the Delhi-Doon National Highway except Meerut. Chaudhary Naresh Tikait said thousands of farmers will put their tractors in the yatra. All tractors will drive towards the destination with absolute discipline so that no passenger has to have problems. The farmers of this area will continue to accompany their tractors at various stops along the way. He has also spoken of not tolerating the farmers who break discipline during the yatra. On the other hand, all BKYU officials were busy preparing for the tractor ride on Wednesday.
