Bijnor Although the BJP has eight seats in the district, the party has been able to find the math of victory in the smaller seats with the help of about nine nird aliases, including the BJP rebels. While candidates for the post of Zilla Panchayat members were busy winning the certificate of victory on Tuesday, some BJP leaders were busy strategizing.
