New Delhi: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was granted bail by the Patiala House Court on Tuesday in the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving alleged thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The court has granted relief to the actress with a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh and a guarantee of the same amount.

Previously, the court had reserved its order in this matter. Delhi police questioned Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez for several rounds. We report that the alleged thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar is being questioned by the Delhi police in the Rs 200 crore extortion case.
Significantly, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has named Jacqueline on its charge sheet in money laundering cases involving Sukesh. The ED charge sheet states that Jacqueline was aware of Sukesh’s involvement in criminal matters. However, she chose to ignore his criminal past and nevertheless transacted financially with him.
