Ukraine will prove in an impartial court that Russian President Vladimir Putin is “a main war criminal” of the 21st century, Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova told Ukrainian TV.

Earlier, Ukraine said that it has filed an application against Russia in the International Court of Justice.
