Ukraine said a second round of conflict talks between Kyiv and Moscow negotiators would take place in Turkey from Monday, more than a month after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Today, during another round of video talks, it was decided to hold the next personal round of the two delegations to Turkey on March 28-30,” Ukrainian negotiator and politician David Arkhamia wrote on Facebook.
