Believers bathe in the Yamuna River near Ganga Dussehra

On the occasion of Ganga Dussehra, devotees flocked to the ghats to bathe in the Yamuna in Mathura. Devotees earn merit by taking a bath in the Yamuna at various ghats of Vrindavan. At the same time, a large number of people reached a bath at Vishram Ghat, Jugal Ghat, Radharani Ghat in Mathura. Religious events were also held in the temples of Mathura. Believers do charity after having darshan in the temples. In Mathura, the festival of Ganga Dussehra was celebrated with various religious programs in the Punya Teerth Vishram Ghat. Devotees bathe in Yamuna in the Jugal Ghat and Radharani Ghat. In the midst of the corona infection, people reached these ghats and took a bath. Fasting Ganga Dussehra is considered important. This festival tells of the importance of water, in the Jyeshtha month the heat is more. The sun’s rays fall directly on the earth this month. This month too, the days are long and the nights are short.
