Bed Entrance Exam Result Declared: Pragya Ranked Second In The State In Women’s Category

In the declared result of BEd entrance examination 2021-23, the daughter of the district has raised the flag of success. Pragya Gupta, a resident of Dandamau village of Bighapur, has got the second position in the state among women and 20th in the merit list of the state. Pragya secured 162.667 marks in the first paper and 165.333 marks in the second.He has secured a total of 328 marks in both the exams. In the B.Ed entrance examination, 3930 candidates were registered in the district. Of these, 3581 had appeared in the examination. 3539 candidates were successful in the results declared on Friday. 42 candidates could not succeed.

Pragya’s father Ramasare Gupta has a grocery shop at Lalkuan intersection. Pragya is second among three brothers and sisters. Pragya credits her success to her parents and elder sister. Told that he did not do coaching. She was preparing for SSC at home.

When the BEd form came, it was filled. Pragya told that she had secured 92.5 per cent marks in high school and 91.4 per cent in Inter. Elder sister Snehil Gupta is a teacher. Presently he is posted in Hardoi district. Younger brother Hrithik Gupta is studying BA 3rd year.

Pragya’s father Ramasare told that despite the deprivations, he left no stone unturned in teaching the children. He never differentiated between daughters and sons. Daughters are also raised like sons. Mother Sunita said that she is proud of her daughter’s success.
