Balrampur The BDOs of all nine blocks in the district have been instructed to closely monitor the functioning of the village monitoring committees. At the meeting of the Collectorate Auditorium, the BDOs of all blocks were tasked with monitoring migrants from non-states and districts by meeting the village chiefs and members of the monitoring committee and having them examined at a nearby hospital.
Guidelines have been issued to continue the disinfection campaign in the villages together with the local authorities and to accelerate the corona vaccination.
DM Shruti chaired the meeting of Team 9 district level officials on the final day at the Collectorate Auditorium and said the role of the urban and rural level monitoring committees is very important in preventing corona infection.
BDOs from all nine blocks in the district should immediately meet with rural monitoring committees and village leaders to inform them of their responsibilities. Migrants from non-states and districts should be monitored by committee staff. Include information about people with corona symptoms in the CHC of each block.
Gather details of all BDO covid-19 positive patients and ensure monitoring committees regularly visit covid-19 positive patients. Monitoring committees alert people to the routine use of masks and disinfectants and track social distancing.
Provide quality thermometers and pulse oximeters to all monitoring committees. The DM commissioned DPRO Nilesh Pratap Singh with the regular renovation of the villages and all security zones in the rural areas.
The DM instructed the EO of Nagar Palika Parishad Balrampur and Utraula as well as Nagar Panchayat Tulsipur and Pachpedwa to carry out regular disinfection in all stations and safety zones. CMO Dr. Vijay Bahadur Singh was instructed to speed up the corona vaccination.
