The chairman’s spokesman, Mohammad Kalim Hasmi, said the Allahabad High Court formed a committee chaired by the district judge that automatically recognized Corona’s mismanagement. The committee passed an order to ban Corona.
The chairman complained to the district judge through a lawyer on Wednesday. Attorney Kalim Hasami said the district judge directed the ADM to obey the order of the high court. At the direction of ADM Jayachand Pandey, Mahasi SDM SN Tripathi arrived on Thursday to remove the mandi in Tamachpur. Heavy police were also present.
