Firozabad. Due to the reduced outbreak of covid-19, no one is allowed to enter the district court without a mask on instructions from the High Court. Only the bare minimum can be done in court. With the opening of the court gates on Wednesday, the premises were disinfected.
Because of the corona infection, only important work was done online in the district court. All three gates of the court were opened on Wednesday. Ambareesh Tripathi, secretary of the district’s Legal Services Bureau, said that under the direction of the Supreme Court, evidence would be taken in court with the approval of the district judge. The urgent matters are given priority. Investigative and other judicial work relating to detainees on remand will only be heard via video conferencing. Correctional officers and staff are allowed to leave the premises as soon as the work has been completed. There are four chairs for the lawyers in the courtroom. Only lawyers whose case is listed on the respective date will be admitted. Once the arguments are over, the lawyers must leave the room. If the number of corona infected people in the district is more than five hundred, the previously adopted instructions must be followed.
