No sooner had RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat reached the train station on Tuesday than the CISF employees took him under siege. He came out with special security commands and then drove to Arogyadham in a convoy of a dozen vehicles. As soon as the convoy arrived near the city bus station, Anna Rinder came out onto the road, which stopped his convoy. The police ran and removed the cattle, after which, as soon as they reached Pramodvan before Sitapur, Anna had to stop the convoy of the cattle coming on the road. There was a strict police station around the Chintan meeting point. Even those who came to bathe at Arogyadham Ghat on the Mandakini River were stopped for safety reasons. The entire campus remained a police station. Satna SP Dharamveer Singh inspected the security arrangements several times.
