The promotion of Yogesh Kumar, the acting director of Sarvoyogi Inter College in the village of Palseda, Tappal area, has been proven wrong. This emerged from the report of the committee of inquiry, which was set up by DIOS Dharmendra Sharma after receiving the complaint. DIOS has sent the report to the joint education director for further processing.
In December 2019, the complainant Ajay Kumar Rai complained to DIOS Dharmendra Sharma that the promotion of Yogesh Kumar, the acting director of the Sarvoyogi Inter College in Palseda, was falsified. Ajay Kumar had alleged that Yogesh Kumar did not have five years of educational experience at the time of his promotion in 2005 and that the qualification was not a graduate degree under the rules. In this regard, the Young Women also returned the promotion file with objection, but after a year Yogesh Kumar was promoted incorrectly.
The DIOS formed a committee of inquiry to deal with this complaint. DIOS Dharmendra Sharma himself, co-district school inspector and assistant finance officer, were on that committee of inquiry. In 2020, the committee of inquiry investigated the matter year-round. In the process, the complainant, Ajay, learned that Yogesh’s appointment in 1998 was also forged.
On November 24, 2020, the defendant Yogesh Kumar turned to JD Jitendra Malik against the report of the investigative committee set up by the DIOS to reopen the investigation. JD Jitendra Malik called all parties and heard them on January 28, 2021. Even after that, nothing has been done on this matter to this day.
Upon receipt of the complaint on the matter, after a thorough investigation, the report was forwarded to the joint director of education for further processing. Dharmendra Sharma, DIOS
