Ajith Kumar, who is building the backbone of Valimai’s success and is working on his 61st film, has now reportedly confirmed his 62nd film. As per the latest buzz, the Veeram actor will be joining hands with director Vignesh Shivan for a film, tentatively titled AK62. The film will feature the blockbuster pairing of Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara as the female lead and Anirudh Ravichander as the music composer.
A big production house will bankroll this venture and an official announcement will be made soon. Well, if these reports turn out to be true, then it is surely going to be a humbling one and fans are already very excited about the deadly combo.
Vignesh Shivan penned the lyrics of the blockbuster song Nanga Vera Mathiri in Ajith’s ‘Valimai’ and it became a chartbuster hit.
Meanwhile, Ajith’s 61st film is in pre-production work and will go on floors soon. Provisionally titled AK61, the film marks the blockbuster trio of H Vinoth and Boney Kapoor alongside Ajith. AK61 is the third collaboration between the three after ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’ and ‘Valimai’.
Vignesh Shivan is currently awaiting the release of his film Kathuvakula Rendu Kaadhal, which is all set to hit the theaters on April 28. The film stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha in lead roles.
